I’m not an admin at icepets. I’m not a moderator. I’m not staff. I don’t work there. I’m just a member. I joined in March of 2010. One of the best decisions I made. It’s a lot of fun here.

I used to be a huge fan of neopets. Then, I got frozen. Lol, usual story. Did I do something wrong? Yeah. Did neopets blow it out of proportion? Yeah. But, this post isn’t here to talk about neopets!

Icepets is a site run by virtual pet site players. The staff play with you. They collect things too. They collect avatars too. They sell items too. It’s very integrated. Need help with a problem? Mail Claws, Michael, or Speedie, and they’ll sort it out if they can. Personal replies, no robots.

What is there to do on this site? Collect stamps, avatars, and make icepoints (the main reason I play). Paint your pets different colors. Use the awesome closet feature and save your colors, so you can change your pet into a past species without having to re-buy a morphing potion. Restock with fellow players at a restocking thread in the general discussion forum. Chat with other players. Make new friends. Be a member for the opening of the Battle Arena. Get trophies. Play games. Collect ice cubes. Upgrade a shop until it’s the biggest on the site. The list of things to do is huge. So, join and be a part of an excellent community filled with awesome people.

Also, I was not hired by the site. This is an honest post. I’m a fan of the site. I took a break for some time, then came back and asked myself: why did I stop playing? It’s a great time killer, and competitive.
